Projeto 2

With the passion for wood as a guide, Hugo França and Paulo Alves joined their mastery in handling this material to create a series of unique pieces, which will be launched at DW! 2016. "Projeto 2: Paulo Alves + Hugo França" was born from the invitation Paulo Alves made to Hugo França to create together and challenge creativity, focused on bringing innovative shapes and intriguing perspectives to traditional furniture.
The combination of their expertises, coupled with days of immersion and a lot of production, generated a set of unpublished and limited pieces, carved in wood as pequi, garapeira, roxinho, ipê, among others. Benches, tables, chairs, chaises, stools mix the geometry of the woodwork to the organic forms of wood with clear characteristics of both artists, which can be seen at first glance.
